A managed service from DBiLL
Find, fetch, fill and land more bids
Twenty bid coordinators. One installation.
You do not have a tender problem. You have a capacity problem. Landani finds the tenders you can win, drafts the technical response and the project plan, and checks the pack. Your people approve or improve.
01 Where the work actually stops
Every bid you submit goes through one person.
They chase the technical team for the solution. They charm the project office for the plan and the schedule. They beg finance, HR and compliance for the pack. Then they assemble it, check it and submit it. One bid at a time.
So the real question in your business is never “is this tender worth winning”. It is “can we get this one out of the door”.
02 What the constraint costs
You choose carefully because you have to, and it caps your growth.
Careful selection is the right call when one person can only carry a handful of bids a quarter. It is also the reason your revenue is capped at a number nobody has ever written down.
The bids you skip are invisible
A lost bid gets a debrief. A bid you never entered gets nothing: no record, no lesson, no line in the pipeline. It is the largest number in your business and the only one you have never measured.
03 The arithmetic
If you had twenty coordinators, you would bid twenty times as often.
Bid wider and your hit rate drops, because you are answering tenders you would once have skipped. It drops nowhere near far enough to matter.
Today
With Landani
Three extra wins a quarter. On most bid values in this market, one of them pays for the whole installation and the year that follows it.
Landani installs twenty coordinators, and they never sleep.
Same standard of work. Same people signing it off. Twenty times the number of tenders you can put your name to.
04 How it does it
Five things Landani does, in the order your coordinator does them today.
Nothing here is a new process. It is the process your bid coordinator already runs, carried out at a volume one person cannot reach.
Find and pre-filter
Every week Landani reads the national tender feed and the organisation portals that publish nowhere else, and scores what it finds against your capability, your accreditations, your regions and your past performance. Only the winnable ones go through.
Draft the technical
Landani reads what your technical team wrote into every bid you have already submitted, then drafts this one in the same shape. Your engineer opens a draft that already sounds like the team, and spends twenty minutes sharpening it.
Draft the project plan
Landani produces the methodology, work breakdown, schedule, resourcing view and risk register from how you have actually delivered. Your phases, your durations, your roles, your standard risks. The project office reviews a plan they did not have to build.
Compile and check the pack
Tenders are lost on paperwork more often than on price. Landani assembles the full pack against the tender’s own checklist and reports anything outstanding while there is still time to fix it, so the submission goes out complete.
Learn from the changes
When your engineer rewrites a paragraph, that rewrite becomes how Landani drafts the next technical section. When the project office changes a duration, the next plan uses the new one. Nobody has to tell Landani twice.
And you decide, every time
Nothing is ever submitted in your name without a person putting it there. Landani never contacts a buyer, never registers your firm and never enters a bid. Landani brings you the work and the words, and then waits.
05 Why it gets better
Every correction your people make makes the next bid better.
This is the difference between a tool you buy and an asset you build. In year two Landani writes better bids than it did in year one, because your people taught it.
Landani drafts
Off everything your firm has already written and won
Your people improve
The engineer, the project office, the bid coordinator
Landani notices
What changed, and why it was changed
Landani drafts better
The next similar tender starts from the improved version
And round again, every time.
06 What changes for your people
Nobody is replaced. Their job changes from writing to judging.
Every draft goes to the person who owns that section today. They approve it or they improve it. Their name still goes on the bid and their expertise still decides it.
Your bid coordinator
- Before
- Chased five departments and assembled one bid at a time
- After
- Runs a portfolio of bids and owns the quality of every submission
Your technical team
- Before
- Wrote the technical section from scratch, under deadline
- After
- Reviews a draft in their own voice and sharpens the argument
Your project office
- Before
- Built a plan for a bid you might not win
- After
- Approves a plan built from how you have actually delivered
Nothing is ever submitted in your name without a person putting it there.
07 What actually changes

logs in or not
Every figure we quote was measured on our own firm, which runs the same thing we would put into yours. We will show you the working.
08 Next step
Give us two days. We will tell you how many tenders you are skipping.
We count what your firm could legitimately have bid on last quarter, what you actually submitted, and what stopped the difference. You keep the report either way.
What is out there
The tenders in your market you could realistically have won, counted.
What you already have
How much of your past work is usable proof, and how much is buried.
What it would take
A short written plan with the cost, the timing and the honest answer.
If the work is not there
We will tell you so, and you will have the number that proves it.
