BOOK A CALL

A free delivery review

Thirty minutes on the work that is worrying you. You will get a straight read on where it stands, what is missing, and whether we are the right people to help. There is no charge and no proposal at the end unless you ask for one.

PICK YOUR ROUTE

Which of these is your problem?

The three reviews are the same length and the same price. They differ in what we look at, and in what we ask you to bring.

Project management

A project you need delivered, whether it has started or is about to. We look at where it actually stands against a date you can defend.

Work management

Maintenance work that is not flowing: schedule compliance, backlog, master data, or a plan the plant keeps disagreeing with.

Capability building

People you need to develop. Planners, schedulers, maintenance clerks, project managers, or the supervisors above them.

WHAT HAPPENS

Thirty minutes, three parts

  • YOU TALK
  • WE READ IT
  • YOU DECIDE

The first ten minutes are yours. You describe the situation and we ask questions. The next ten are ours, where we tell you what we are seeing and what usually sits behind it. The last ten are the decision: what you could do without us, what we would do, and what it would cost. Most people leave with something they can act on that week.

WHAT YOU LEAVE WITH

Something useful, whether you hire us or not

  • A named diagnosis. The specific thing that is broken, in words you can repeat to your own team.
  • What we would do first. The first move, and why that one before the others.
  • An honest answer on fit. If this is not our work, we will tell you and point you at who does it.
  • An indicative cost. A range you can take into a budget conversation, on the call rather than a fortnight later.

We do not put you into a sequence, and we do not follow up more than once.

WHO YOU WILL BE SPEAKING TO

Thandwefika Tshabalala

Founder of DBiLL Consulting, twenty one years in SAP Plant Maintenance and enterprise asset management, twenty three end to end projects, and the person who built the work management curriculum used to develop planners and maintenance administrators in South African platinum operations. You get him, not a salesperson who books a second call with someone technical.

Not one of the three?

If you are here about bid and tender work, Landani has its own walkthrough where we go through a live bid of yours. For anything else, including speaking, media and partnership enquiries, the contact page is the faster route.
