DBiLL brings structure, control, and clarity to complex projects. We line delivery up with the commercial reality, make the governance actually work, and produce documentation that stands up to scrutiny. We do this across government, enterprise, and the creative economy.
We are also building an AI-first way of working, so the administrative load is carried by agents and our people focus on delivery and judgement. We are doing it to ourselves first, in the open, and bringing what we learn to the teams we work with.
Founder
Thandwefika Tshabalala
Thandwefika Tshabalala is the founder of DBiLL, a South African project delivery and PMO consultancy going AI-first. He coaches organisations on practical AI adoption, has set up and run PMOs across government and enterprise IT programmes, and is the 2019 Toastmasters Southern Africa Champion of Public Speaking.
